I had my master's degree in clinical neuropsychology in 2009. Since then, I’ve worked in various care centers for specific learning disorders. Over the past 6 years, I’ve focused on the diagnosis and rehabilitation of dyscalculia. During this period, I had the opportunity to take part to several research projects, mainly clinical, which made me want to go further and address issues about the development of mathematical skills.
My PhD, carried out under the supervision of Professor Grégoire Borst, aims to better understand the role of inhibition in the manipulation of decimal numbers, particularly during calculation, and to test the benefice of school-based interventions targeting both mathematical skills and executive functions.
My PhD is funded by the ORT France association, which aims to promote innovative educational programs, particularly for children who struggle with learning difficulties.
