Linda Scoriels

Linda est chercheuse au LaPsyDÉ et enseignante en neurosciences cognitives à l'Institut de Psychologie de l’Université Paris Cité. Elle a fait un Magistère de Génétique, suivi d’un Master en Neurosciences Cognitives à Paris entre 2002 et 2005. Elle a ensuite réalisé un Doctorat en Neurosciences à l’Université de Cambridge, au Royaume-Uni, sous la direction de Peter Jones en 2010, suivi d’un premier postdoctorat. Puis, suite à l’obtention d’un financement « Jeunes talents » du gouvernement brésilien, Linda est partie à l’Université Fédérale de Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), où elle a réalisé son 2ème postdoctorat, suivi d’un poste de maîtresse de conférences remplaçante à la faculté de médecine de l’UFRJ. À son retour à Paris, en 2021, elle a intégré l’équipe Krebs à l’Institut de Psychiatrie et Neurosciences de Paris, où elle a été nommée directrice scientifique de deux essais cliniques multicentriques en France. Elle a co-dirigé les thèses de Larissa Genaro (2018), Erica Woodruff (2018), Anna-Luiza Guimarães (2022), Valeria Lucarini (en cours), Delphine Yeh (en cours) sur le rôle des fonctions cognitives et émotionnelles dans les psychoses et le vieillissement.

Ses travaux de recherche portent sur la caractérisation biologique et environnementale des processus cognitifs et émotionnels liés au développement, aux troubles psychiatriques et au vieillissement. Elle cherche également à développer des stratégies pharmacologiques et digitales de renforcement cognitif chez ces différentes populations afin d’améliorer les processus cognitifs et émotionnels ainsi que le fonctionnement et la qualité de vie de ces personnes.
